Demolition notice dated 6/19/24. Notice states the building will be demolished as part of future Yale University academic programming.

This 1958 building was designed by the Office of Douglas Orr as dormitories for women graduate students. It is listed on the Modernist Historic Resources Inventory.

949 Whalley - Partial Demolition

Demolition notice dated 8/8/24. Notice states that the building will be renovated and removals needed for safe occupancy. It’s noted that deteriorated historic elements will be restored.

This 1926 Classical Revival building on the Historic Resources Inventory and located within the Westville Village National Historic District.

165 Prospect St. (Osborn Memorial Laboratories) - Partial Demolition

Demolition notice dated 8/20/24. Notice states that portions of the rear courtyard facades, portions of the brick infill in the carriageway, lower level windows grills/bars, and Prospect stairs will be removed for new rear additions for additional academic programming. Roof will be replaced in kind.

This 1913 Gothic Revival academic building is on the Historic Resources Inventory.
